You can add "Open command prompt window here" to the context menu by editing the cmd registry key. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Open the Run dialog box using the Win + R keys.

Type regedit, and click OK to open the Registry Editor.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\cmd

Step 3: Take ownership of this key to modify its permissions.
