1. How can I order? Which is the quickest way for me to pay and buy the software?
A: Credit card may be the quickest way for payment, for you can receive an email containing the download link and license code of the software you purchased within 24 hours. Of course we accept all kinds of payment methods, like Credit-card online, Credit-card by phone, Credit-card by fax, purchase order, check/wire transfer, PayPal, ACH, postal mail, etc.

2. Is my order secure?
A: Yes, it is 100% secure. We cooperate with the most reliable payment platform SWREG which is the world's largest software payment platform and the most secure payment service provider. All your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

3. What currencies do you accept?
A: Euro, US dollar, British pound, Australian dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Swiss franc, Russian rouble, Brasilian real, Norwegian krona, Swedish krona, Polish zloty, Chinese renminbi yuan, Taiwan dollar, Indian rupee are all available. When ordering online, you can select from a number of currencies to display product prices for your currency.

4. How can I confirm that I have finished the order?
A: After your payment, you will receive a confirmation email sent by the payment processor (SWREG), containing the confirmation information, your invoice and the receipt. So please make sure your email address is correct. And please check your spam if you don't receive it.

5. I've just paid for the software and received a copy of the order confirmation. However, I still haven't received any registration code. When will you send it to me?
A: The software registration key is sent to the customer via e-mail immediately upon processing of the order. If you haven't yet received it, you probably have a filter on your mail server and can't receive messages with attachments. The message with the registration key has a small text file attachment with a registration key copy.

6. I lost my original registration key. Could you send me again or I should purchase the software one more time?
A: Of course we will resend the registration key to you. But you need to contact with us and send us your confirmation information you received from the payment platform for confirmation.

7. What should I do if I fail to download the purchased software from the download link provided in the email?
A: If you failed to download your purchased software, please email us with your order ID and the version of the program. We'll send a new spare download link to you.

8. I entered the license code you sent to me, but the software said "Registration info is invalid". Why?
A:There are several possible reasons for the failed registration.
1. This is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a type. And please don't add any blank before or after the code.
2. Registration code is for the old version, but you use it to register upgrade version.
3. You order or download wrong product, please download the software from the download link in the e-mail we sent to you.

9. If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future and how to apply the upgrade?
A: You can always get normal update version of the software you purchased for free. If we have the new version of the software, we will send you an e-mail with the new download link of the software.

10. What is your refund policy?
A: All products on our website can be evaluated through trial versions. Please try the trial version before purchase and make sure that our products are compatible with your system and satisfy your requirements. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems in using our products.


We don't accept your refund demand due to the following reasons:
1. You requested refund for technical reasons, but never asked for any assistance from our support team with any detailed explanation of the problem.
2. You failed to receive the download link for the product, and didn't try to contact us.
3. You changed your mind after placing an order.
4. You recovered your lost password by yourself or others before using our products, even though you already purchased it.
5. You resolved the problem by other methods instead of asking help from us when the software didn't work for you.

If you are not satisfied with our products due to the following reasons, we'll refund your money in 30 days after purchase.
1. You ordered a wrong product, and then purchased the right product from us. We can refund you for the wrong product.
2. Our products didn't work for you, and our technical support team failed to provide effective solutions for you within 30 days.
