The easiest way to force Windows 10 to shut down by continuously pressing the Power button for a long time (at least 6 seconds), and then tap the Power button to restart. Step 3: End the processes of all failed programs in the background. Here, I take the Local system as an example. To do this: Right-click it and choose End task option. For the others, please carry out one by one.
