That&#8217;s why the iOS 13 Mail app is not working on your device. So check if the available software for updates. It doesn&#8217;t matter. You can fix it using the following way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the <strong>Settings<\/strong> app and go to the <strong>Cellular<\/strong> settings. In the Cellular page, scroll down until you find the<strong> Mail <\/strong>option and enable it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"181\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/open-cellular-settings.png\" alt=\"open Cellular settings\" class=\"wp-image-13107\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/open-cellular-settings.png 680w, https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/open-cellular-settings-300x80.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By doing so, essentially providing Cellular data access to your Mail app, you&#8217;ll eventually start receiving emails automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fix5\">Fix 5: Reset Network Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you think your device has a network setup problem, try resetting the network settings to fix the problem. After performing, all network Settings will be removed and restored to the default factory settings. By doing so, your Mail app will work normally and receive email on the iPhone device. This might be an ideal solution to the problem. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Open <strong>Settings<\/strong> app &gt; <strong>General<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Reset<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Reset Network Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"681\" height=\"242\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/go-to-reset.png\" alt=\"go to Reset\" class=\"wp-image-13105\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/go-to-reset.png 681w, https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/go-to-reset-300x107.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 681px) 100vw, 681px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: <strong>Enter your passcode<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Reset Network Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"679\" height=\"581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/reset-network-settings-1.png\" alt=\"Reset Network Settings\" class=\"wp-image-13108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/reset-network-settings-1.png 679w, https:\/\/www.isumsoft.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/reset-network-settings-1-300x257.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fix6\">Fix 6: Manually Enable Push feature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another reason may be that the Push feature was disabled after the iOS 13 update, which also causes the iPhone Mail app is not working and not sending emails, so all you need to do is enable the Push feature so that new data will be automatically pushed from the server to your device. Then your Mail app will be working.
