How to View Saved Passwordin Safari iCloud Keychain

If you have passwords saved in Safari's iCloud Keychain, you'll be able to use Autofill on your iPhone or iPad, once you have enabled Autofill feature. If you forgot the password you used in the Safari website, here's how to find/view the passwords stored in Safari.

Option 1: Find Password Stored in iCloud Keychain on iPhone/iPad

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 9 or later:

Step 1: Go to Settings > Safari.

Step 2: Tap on Passwords.

Step 3: Verify your identity using Touch ID or entering your device passcode.

Step 4: Every account on your device will be shown. Tap a website to view your password.

Tips: You can edit everything or delete the account from your device by tapping the Edit button in the upper-right corner. If you no longer want store a username and password, tap the minus sign next to the site name, then tap the Delete button.

Option 2: View Password Saved in Safari's iCloud Keychain on Mac

Step 1: On Mac, open Preferences.

Step 2: In the Preferences window, click on the Password tab.

Step 3: Safari shows you the sites it has saved your login for. To copy username or password, right-click on it.

Step 4: To show passwords for all login, check the Show passwords for selected websites. You'll be prompted to enter your Apple password before the passwords will be revealed.
